Although we will review program and sponsorship requests on a monthly basis and product requests on a quarterly basis, we require all requests be submitted at least 5 – 6 months in advance of any deadlines or events to ensure adequate time to perform due diligence on the organization and to maximize our participation. Product donations, if approved, may also require an additional 4-6 weeks to fulfill.
