1. Peer Reviews of Proposals

 

Bartlett wil review MZ Handbook and MZ Brochure

MZ Handbook will review MZ Brochure and CK Grant

MZ Brochure will review CK Grant and Bartlett

CK Grant will review Bartlett and MZ Handbook

 

For each review, refer to the Writing Workshop Guide for Proposal on pages 124-125 and write up the answers to these questions on your peer review of the proposal. You can review these as a group.

 

 

2. Review/Revise Initial Presentation Rubric (as a group)--post by Thursday at midnight

Review (if you haven't already) two peers' (preferably those who have not yet been reviewed) mission statements.

Revise your Mission Statements based on peer reviews.

 

Description of Mission Statement Homework Assignments from previous week:

Review 3 of your peers' mission statements. Link these reviews to your peer review page. What is similar and/or different from yours? How do they differ from for-profit/non-profit mission statements? Pretend you don't know this person. What more do you think needs to be included? Be specific.

 

 

Revision of mission statement. Based on your peers' reviews of your statement, focus in on this course. How is this statement related to your life goals and your project for this course? How do they intersect? Your mission statement should be a guiding statement for your work in this course. Is it? How can you make it more course/project specific? How does it relate to your overall life/education/course goals? These mission statements should help to direct the course and your projects within the course. Be specific.
